Abbamoor is pleased to share a new local health initiative brought to Harold Hill in partnership with Age UK Redbridge, Barking & Havering. Starting Wednesday 13th May, a new weekly Chair-Exercise Class will take place at Harold Hill Library.
The programme is designed for anyone looking for a gentle, low-impact way to improve their mobility, joint flexibility, and overall physical wellbeing in a friendly community setting.
What to Expect
Chair exercises are safe, easy-to-follow movements performed while seated or using a chair for support. The class is beginner-friendly and adapted to accommodate varying fitness levels and physical needs.
- Duration: Free for the first 12 weeks
- Suitability: Open to beginners and those looking for gentle exercise
- Format: Group sessions focused on gentle movement and mobility
