Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHRUT) is looking for enthusiastic local volunteers to join their team as Patient Partners and help shape the future of local healthcare services.

Patient Partners play a vital role in ensuring that patient voices are heard, listened to, and acted upon across local hospital services.

What is a Patient Partner?
A Patient Partner speaks directly with patients to hear about their care experiences, gather feedback, and share those insights with healthcare teams. By relaying real patient perspectives, Patient Partners help hospital staff better understand patient needs and drive meaningful improvements in care quality.

Skills and Qualities Needed
The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare, community wellbeing, and patient advocacy.
