Things we can help with.

Mental health looks different for everyone. These are some of the most common things our patients come to us with.

Anxiety and worry

Depression and low mood

Stress and burnout

Bereavement and loss

Trauma and PTSD

Loneliness and isolation

Relationship difficulties

Sleep problems

How we support you.

There isn't one route for everyone. Here's what support looks like at different levels.

1
Starting point

Talk to your GP

If you're not sure where to start, a GP appointment is always a safe place to begin. We'll listen, help you make sense of what you're feeling, and talk through your options — without rushing you.

  • Everything you tell us is confidential
  • We can refer you to specialist services if needed
  • We can review medication if that's part of your care
  • Evening appointments available from 7pm
2
Wider team support

Social prescribing and health coaching

Not everything that affects your mental health has a medical solution.

Loneliness, financial stress, unemployment, and isolation are real. Our health coaches and social prescribers can connect you with local groups, activities, and support that address the broader picture.

How to access this

Ask our reception team to refer you. You don't always need a GP appointment first.
